Delta x LA28 Olympic Flag Handover

The Summer 2024 Olympics & Paralympics are here, and Delta is showing up in a big way. Delta’s hub at LAX was the site of the official “handoff” of the Olympics between Paris and LA, where athletes and VIP’s arrive from Paris and begin the lead up to the 2028 games in LA.

We designed a space for media to capture the returning athletes and dignitaries from Paris to not only welcome them home, but also to celebrate the Olympics coming to LA in 2028.

The activation drove engagement between media and athletes and reached a broad audience of traveling to and from LAX and celebrating the arrival of the official Olympic Flag from Paris.

VS PINK Spring Campaign Launch

We celebrated the new prep-inspired VS PINK spring campaign, “Going Places,” with an intimate influencer & press event featuring the face of the collection: Natalia Bryant.

Taking over Merois on the rooftop of the Pendry in West Hollywood, we brought in campaign-inspired moments for guests to enjoy.

Everything focused on personalized experiences, with an embroidery station customizing items from the new collection, a permanent jewelry station, and make-your-own flower bouquets, with florals inspired by campaign.

VIP attendees included Ellie Thumann, Azra & Aisha Mian, Fiona Barron, Summer Mckeen and more.

AMC Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe: The Street of Immortality

To celebrate Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, we created “The Street of Immortality” during San Diego Comic-Con 2023, bringing Interview With The Vampire and Mayfair Witches directly to the fans.

Attendees were invited to explore a recreation of a turn-of-the-century New Orleans street from Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire, kicking off the experience with an immersive experience in a custom fabricated, boarded-up building that doubled as a speakeasy. Two charlatans gathered everyone and offered a warning about the darkness that had descended on Storyville, but promised to give everyone a sip from the fountain of youth, with “The Elixir of Immortality.”

Within this world - where danger lurks around every corner - attendees were able to engage with the residents of Storyville, collect limited-edition premiums and visit iconic locations from the series, including Hotel Iberville, Talamasca Office, Mayfair Talismans, Nawlins Records, and Lestat’s Townhouse.

AMC The Walking Dead Fan Celebration

In celebration of The Walking Dead's highly anticipated series finale, we partnered with AMC Networks to transform the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter into the ultimate in-world fan destination at San Diego Comic-Con.

The one-night experience reunited fans to celebrate and relive some of the most iconic moments and characters from the past eleven seasons, transporting them into The Commonwealth after the fall of civilization using custom fabricated elements inspired by the series and actual props from the show.

Attendees were treated to live walkers in full prosthetics, a relics gallery, an on-site t-shirt screen printing station, an airbrush zombie makeup station and other experiential show-inspired moments. The biggest highlight of the evening? Special appearances from The Walking Dead cast and producers - including Greg Nicotero, Norman Reedus and more.

Hulu x Neon Films Self Reliance Premiere

We partnered with Hulu and NEON to celebrate the streaming release of Self Reliance, a comedy thriller film written, directed by and starring Jake Johnson in his directorial debut.

The evening included a screening at Neuehouse and continued with an afterparty at La Cita, a Latin dance club in downtown Los Angeles that was featured in the film.

We customized elements from the film and surprised talent, VIP’s, press, influencers and fans with experiential entertainers and moment throughout the night, bringing the movie guests had just seen to life.

Hulu Animayhem: Enter The 2nd Dimension

To celebrate Hulu’s robust adult animation content, we invited fans into their favorite shows with Hulu Animayhem: Enter the 2nd Dimension during San Diego Comic-Con 2023.

To create a larger-than-life experience, we took over a parking behind the San Diego Convention Center and transported fans to their favorite 2D worlds through creative photo moments from animated favorites including American Dad, Archer, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, Futurama, The Great North, The Simpsons, and Solar Opposites.

In addition to life sized sets, the four-day experience included a 14m projection dome, a 55’ tall inflatable replica of the Planet Express HQ, and nominated “Best Free Swag at SDCC 2023” - 2D Animayhem backpacks and pin sets.

It’s Good To Be The King

We took over the Hollywood Legion Theatre to celebrate the long-awaited premiere of History of the World, Part II from Hulu, bringing the cast, crew, media and VIPs together for a show-inspired red carpet event, screening and reception.

To bring history to life, we created custom fabricated elements inspired by the series - from the world’s first step and repeat (made out of rocks!) to a water to wine bar, where guests were welcomed by an actor in full costume, inspired by the Jesus character from the series.

An event more than 40 years in the making, the evening assembled the greatest names in comedy - including Mel Brooks, Nick Kroll, Ike Barinholtz, Wanda Sykes, Josh Gad, Dove Cameron, Pamela Adlon, Sarah Silverman, Jason Mantzoukas, Poppy Liu, Nick Robinson, Atsuko Okatsuka, and more.

Hulu How I Met Your Father Fan Experience

To celebrate the finale of How I Met Your Father on Hulu, we invited fans to hang out at an apartment setting from the show, giving them the chance to watch the final episode in the ultimate fan setting.

The three-day event kicked off with a press preview, which included talent from the show, resulting in strong pre-event social & media coverage, and generated serious fan excitement.

Consumers were able to sign up for a screening time on a custom microsite, and upon arrival, were guided through the experience by trained brand ambassadors. Fans were encouraged to explore the sets, take photos, enjoy the screening, experience the multiple photo moments, and were gifted branded takeaways.

Part intimate finale screening event, part immersive pop up set, the activation not only brought fans into the world of HIMYF, it literally gave them the keys – on a branded keychain! The perfect giveaway.

Disney+ The Santa Clauses Season 2 Premiere

To celebrate the second season of “The Santa Clauses” on Disney+, we brought the North Pole to Westfield Century City in Los Angeles. We brought Christmas to California early, transforming an outdoor atrium into a winter wonderland, with a holiday-themed roller rink, complete with epic elf performances, an interactive snow globe, exclusive merchandise, photo ops, and more.

The space brought the beloved franchise to life, while creating buzz and earned media by making a splash with press, social media and attendees.

To spread even more holiday cheer, we requested new, unwrapped toys for the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive benefiting Toys for Tots.

Aerie The Miami Happy Spot

Aerie sang, danced, and celebrated Spring Break in Miami the only way we know how – in style.

The Happy Spot event took place at the Goodtime Hotel in Miami with live performances from Kelsea Ballerini, custom mini golf, TikTok challenges and personalization stations.

The sun set and Kelsea Ballerini took the stage and performed her exclusive Aerie song with her band.

What do Taylor Swift, Spike Lee, George Clooney and Olivia Rodrigo have in common? They’ve all been photographed by the same celebrity photographers.

We brought a one-of-a-kind experience to Las Vegas for Orum during Money20/20, taking over Donutique, a new artistic dessert boutique at The Venetian, during the world’s largest fintech event.

We invited fintech VIPs to upgrade their most valuable networking currency: their headshots. We secured famed photographers Ashley Osborn and Jeff Vespa, and gave attendees the full rockstar treatment, delivering celebrity-worthy headshots faster than Same Day ACH. In addition to a formal conference sponsorship, the full Donutique takeover created mystery and excitement surrounding the financial services company - and was one of the most talked about events during the conference.

Orum May Offsite

What does a fully-remote company do to bring its employees together? We planned a two-day corporate offsite in the Sonoran desert, creating an action-packed experience for attendees – no, work, all play – giving them the chance to truly connect with one another, no zoom involved.

Employees traveled to Scottsdale from around the country, meeting their coworkers for the first time and getting to know them outside of “the office.”

The trip kicked off with themed welcome bags, and activities included an impactful community service activity, delicious meals overlooking the mountains and engaging experiences – including a morning desert hike, and nighttime star gazing. Employees left feeling connected, engaged, and looking forward to their next trip together in person.

Sports Illustrated Sportsperson Of The Year Awards

The annual Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year Award is a big deal in the sports world, and we were lucky enough to bring it to life, honoring Sl's choices for the most impactful figures in sports in 2022. Hosted at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco, the evening kicked off with a red carpet and reception, followed by a formal awards ceremony and after party honoring NBA champion Stephen Curry as SI's 2022 Sportsperson of the Year.

Additional honorees included American sprinter Allyson Felix, Commanders rookie running back Brian Robinson Jr, and Oklahoma Softball star Jocelyn Alo.

We also designed and produced key moments for sponsors including Chase, Gran Coramino Tequila, and a special custom-built product display honoring 10 years of Curry x Under Armour sneakers.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Launch Weekend 2023

To celebrate the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2023 Launch, we created a two-city, multi-day experience for models, influencers, press & consumers to enjoy, kicking off in NYC, and finishing off in Florida.

The festivities started with a launch event in NYC featuring all four cover models – Brooks Nader, Kim Petras, Martha Stewart and Megan Fox. The fun continued in Florida with a VIP event prior to a Kim Petras performance, a VIP brunch for models & influencers, and a two-day SI Swimsuit Island ticketed consumer event.

SI Swimsuit Island gave attendees a chance to meet their favorite models and enjoy a variety of experiences including the Beauty Bar, offering model-approved glam; the Swim Style Dream Closet, featuring the latest styles hand-picked by the editors; SI Swimsuit Confessional, a content capture cabana inspired by a fashion closet; a tote bag customization station; a VW tap van; photo moments & numerous partner activations.

Craig’s x Chamberlain Coffee Coachella Pop Up

In partnership with Autumn Communications, we celebrated the collaboration between Craig’s Vegan Ice Cream and Chamberlain Coffee, treating festival goers to the ultimate frozen dessert at Coachella - a dairy free, cold brew coffee flavored ice cream.

Festival attendees had the opportunity to purchase the ice cream at two VIP locations, including from a custom-fabricated ice cream cart featuring the beloved Chamberlain Coffee Characters.

YouTube star and Chamberlain Coffee owner Emma Chamberlain visited the cart, creating social media buzz & excitement surrounding the collaboration and the activation, and encouraging everyone to enjoy the cold, caffeinated treat.

META: Creators Zone Launch Celebration

We celebrated the reveal of the first ever Meta #CreatorsZone in Atlanta as part of an official partnership between Meta and the Forever Young Foundation (FYF), a global charity founded by NFL Hall of Famer Steve Young focused on providing hope and resources for the development, strength and education of children.

The launch brought together Meta and FYF executives, VIPs like Jerry Rice, Atlanta Falcons players, media, students and the community to celebrate the new VR technology lab at the Johnson STEM Activity Center, designed to inspire and provide technology access to under resourced communities.

Guests enjoyed engaging moments with NFL players past and present, a photo activation and treats – ensuring guests of all ages had a blast.

Meredith Duxbury x KISS Lashes

We rang in the holiday season with the launch of Meredith Duxbury x KISS Limited Edition Holiday Collection – the brand’s first ever influencer product collaboration, which was totally inspired by Duxbury’s glam makeup looks.

Giving a nod to the 70’s disco era, we transformed a space at the W Hollywood into a disco daydream and invited influencers and editors to explore the lash styles and meet the TikTok megastar.

Attendees enjoyed on-site lash consultations & application, glam photo moments, holiday themed cocktails, and of course, a photo-or-it-didn’t-happen meet & greet with Meredith herself.

The space featured re-creations of Perfect Day Islands' key features - over-water cabanas, the thatched-roof "Snack Shack," and the boat-shaped Captain Jack's Bar, with projections of a Bahamian sunset across the walls.

We used augmented reality to transport Press and Media from Lower Manhattan to the Bahamas.

Within each of the portal areas, guests could “see” what the future island would look like, using specially equipped iPads.

Royal Caribbean used VR to simulate the eventual balloon ride that will take visitors 450 feet above ground.

We curated a one-of-a-kind, personalized launch event experience that challenged everything that editors had come to expect from a beauty brand reveal moment.

We transformed a hanger-sized space in Brooklyn into a multi-layered brand immersion. At its heart was an octagon-shaped room (octagons and hexagons were key to the brand’s visual aesthetic), created by massive LED screens.

Marriott Hotel - TED Conference

Marriott Hotels entered into a multi-dimensional partnership with TED, which included a Marriott presence at the Vancouver Convention Center during the 2017 TED Conference.

We immersed attendees in the common theme that makes Marriott and TED natural partners: Both inspire new perspectives and personal transformation – Marriott through travel and TED through its talks, conferences and content.

We created The Post Up by Marriott - a future-leaning oasis where attendees could tell stories about how the places they’ve been changed who they are, and led to inspiring others to share in the insights they’ve gleaned through travel, through virtual postcards.

The space was anchored by two related, visually impactful centerpieces: The Globe — a massive LED sphere featuring dynamic images of the rotating Earth, and The Postcard Screens — four LED displays suspended in midair, featuring inspiring travel imagery, messages from attendees about their travel experiences, and more.

Charlotte Tilbury - Pop-Up

Charlotte Tilbury asked us to create an interactive space at The Grove, LA. The only requirements were that there were 4 makeup stations and space for customers to come in and shop. We created oversized lips biting a lipstick as a photo moment on the side of the booth. Space was extremely limited so we utlalized the size of the structure for that perfect “Instagram moment”

Zenni Optical - Festival Truck

We created a mobile vehicle for Zenni Optical that could drive around to all music festivals in the U.S. and sell sunglasses. For this mobile experience we purchased a beautiful glass truck with a hatch front that fully opened out so that the design of the inside could be seen from all angels.

We also opened a retail location for Zenni in San Francisco. They wanted a space that was welcoming and was more than just a retail space. With that we designed an attractive store front with large light up ‘Z’ letters and a bar and working space inside that was open to the public during business hours.

Fenty Beauty - Mobile Container

For the launch of Fenty Beauty’s Moroccan eyeshadow palette, we transformed a container into a mobile Moroccan spice bar. This Container was open to the public for a week in 3 different locations - Brooklyn, Manhattan and Shoreditch, UK.

When Fenty Beauty launched their Getting Hotter collection in NoLa and we created a truck that drove around NoLa allowing people to come try on the new product.
