The Summer 2024 Olympics & Paralympics are here, and Delta is showing up in a big way. Delta’s hub at LAX was the site of the official “handoff” of the Olympics between Paris and LA, where athletes and VIP’s arrive from Paris and begin the lead up to the 2028 games in LA.
We designed a space for media to capture the returning athletes and dignitaries from Paris to not only welcome them home, but also to celebrate the Olympics coming to LA in 2028.
The activation drove engagement between media and athletes and reached a broad audience of traveling to and from LAX and celebrating the arrival of the official Olympic Flag from Paris.
